Teen/Adult Swim Lessons

Ages 13+

Beginner – You will learn basic swimming skills such as the crawl stroke, breathing techniques, and floating to serve as a foundation for further swim development.
Intermediate/Advanced – Adults with base swimming skills will work on advancing their swim abilities, while increasing swimming endurance.

Aquatics Leadership club

Ages 11-14

Who are interested learning more about aquatics and want to learn to teach swim lessons. Experienced young people serve as mentors, guiding club members to meet the prerequisites for the Lifeguard Course and provide instruction skills. Mentors will focus on development of stroke technique, instruction skills, and aquatic safety. Includes both days in fees.
