YMCA GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIIONS    
CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS


Barbell Strength Training: Increase strength and endurance using the barbell working all major muscle groups.

Body Fusion: A blend of traditional aerobics, body sculpting and stretching.

Boot Camp: A traditional boot camp experience focusing on strength and cardio exercises such as running, jumping jacks, pushups, core training and more.

CV Fitness: Calisthenics, walking, sit-ups, pushups, stretching & more. A basic traditional workout.

Cycle: Simulates an outdoor bide ride. Enjoy a group experience improving endurance and cardiovascular health while cycling to energizing music.

Noon Energizer: A total body lunchtime workout choreographed with low impact moves along with strength training & exercises to tone abs and gluts.

Pilates Core: Develop core strength, economy of motion, flexibility and agility through exercises geared towards elongating, strengthening, and lengthening the ab's and spine.

New Basic Yoga: A gentle yoga class designed to guide you through the practice of linking the movement of the body with the flow of the breath, while working on correct alignment of fundamental postures.  Builds strength, increases flexibility, relaxes, and rejuvenates.  Open to everyone -- all fitness levels welcome!

NEW Yoga for Every Body: Whether you already have a regular practice, or wondering if yoga might be right for you, this class offers a wide range of individual variations to serve multi-levels of yoga experience.

WillPower & Grace: Functional training philosophy (squats, lunges, balancing, reaching, etc.) which links the strength, power and desires of the mind with the demands and potential of the body.

Zumba Fitness A fusion of Latin and International music featuring interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
