Cycle: Stimulates an outdoor bike ride.  Enjoy a group experience improving endurance and cardiovascular health while cycling to energizing music.
 
CV Fitness: Calisthenics, walking, sit-ups, pushups, stretching & more.  A basic traditional workout.
 
Zumba: A fusion of Latin & International music featuring interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
 
Body Fusion: A blend of traditional aerobics, body sculpting and comprehensive stretching.
 
WillPower & Grace: Functional training philosophy ( squats, lunges, balancing, reaching, etc.) which links the strength, power and desires of the mink with the demands and potential of the body.
 
Boot Camp: A traditional boot camp experience focusing on strength and cardio exercises such as running, jumping jacks, pushups, core training and more.
 
Kickboxing: Total body workout choreographed with high and low impact kicks & jabs to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength.
 
Barbell Strength:  Increase strength & endurance using the barbell working all major muscle groups while listing to great music.
 
Super Step: An amazing cardio work out using step equipment (optional) including 15 minutes of core and stretch.
 
Low Impact: Choreographed easy to follow aerobic dance moves along with exercises to tone abs and gluts.
 
Vinyasa Yoga: A fluid sequencing of poses designed to increase strength and flexibility.
 
Hatha Yoga: Improve flexibility and concentration, gain balance and energy and become relaxed through traditional yoga poses.  Deepen the connection between mind and body.
 
Yoga 4 Triathletes:  Designed specifically for athletes who are fast and strong but need to gain more flexibility.
 
Free Weights for Women: Designed to teach women basic strength training techniques.
 
Triathlon 101: Designed to improve the performance of triathletes while listening to great music.
