NEW! DEN Usage
The DEN is now available for our adult members. You must sign out key at reception desk, MUST be 2 adults and 21 years of age at all times in the DEN, no single usage allowed. No kids under 14 years old allowed in DEN area or regular weight room. No EXCEPTIONS! The teen center is available for kids 10 and up without a parent.

Group Fitness Descriptions:
Abs & Core: Variety of core strengthening using body weight, medicine balls, stability balls, partners and hardly ever any crunches!
Barbell Strength Training:
Increase strength and endurance using the barbell working all major
muscle groups.
Body Fusion:
A blend of traditional aerobics, body sculpting and stretching.
CV Fitness: Calisthenics, walking, sit-ups, pushups, stretching & more. A
basic traditional workout.
Cycle:
Simulates an outdoor bide ride. Enjoy a group experience improving
endurance and cardiovascular health while cycling to energizing music.
Indoor Row: Full body workout, proper technique makes all the difference, group challenge makes it fun!
NEW Kick ‘n Strength: ½ hour of cardio kickboxing (a fun workout that includes kicks, jabs, jacks & more) & a ½ hour of strength training using various equipment. Many modifications are given for ALL fitness levels.
Traditional Yoga: Incorporating a variety of yoga lineages, a challenging class focused on proper alignment & breathe work while finding strength and relaxation
in each pose.
Noon Energizer: A total body lunchtime workout choreographed with low impact moves along with strength training & exercises to tone abs and gluts.
Pilates Core:
Develop core strength, economy of motion, flexibility and agility
through exercises geared towards elongating, strengthening, and lengthening
the ab's and spine.
Sit n Get Fit: Various movements and slight cardio from a seated position. Improves strength/stamina/flexibility.
Tai Chi: A moving meditation where dance and yoga meet. The experience is totally unique
Triple Play:get totally energized with a 1/2 hour Basic Step to help with balance, 1/2 hr of Cardio to help raise heart rate & 1/2 hr of sculpting.
Yoga Flow: A gentle yoga class designed to guide you through the practice of linking the movement of the body with the flow of the breath, while working on correct alignment of fundamental postures. Builds strength, increases flexibility, relaxes, and rejuvenates. Open to everyone -- all fitness levels welcome!
Yoga for Every Body: Whether you already have a regular practice, or wondering if yoga might be right for you, this class offers a wide range of individual variations to serve multi-levels of yoga experience.
Vinyasa Yoga: Focus on synchronizing the breath with body movement & poses as you inhale and exhale.
WillPower &
Grace:A dynamic mosaic of the industry's most popular and effective group exercise workouts. Equipment-free; barefoot, and infused with positive, strengthening philosphy. Think "pilates meets bootcamp"! Floor & mat portion focuses on flexibility & core strength as well as spinal mobility & stability.
ZUMBA Fitness
A fusion of Latin and International music featuring interval training
with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the
body with easy to follow dance steps.
