Membership Service Representative
Love people, love to smile, able to multi task? Then you would be a good fit for our Membership Service Representative position. Be the first to person to meet and greet our members with a warm smile or direct their calls to the appropriate department. This is a very busy area and requires you to be able to multi task and maintain outstanding customer service. Individuals will help promote the YMCA Community and all of our offerings, have strong customer service skills, an ability to multi-task, an availability to work various shifts, and the strength to work in a fast paced environment. Are you motivated? fun? energetic? love people? We have a position in our wellness department just for you. We are looking for a special person who will help our members achieve their individual fitness goals. Responsibilities include member orientations, light housekeeping in our wellness center to keep it clean & safe and personal training. CPR & Personal Training Certification required.
