All of our staff follow the NYS/OCFS regulations for child care with Fingerprint and State Registry clearances, background checks & monthly trainings. Our staff focus on creative programming and small group activities to ensure positive group dynamics. We focus on the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility that helps build self esteem, leadership and teamwork for all. We hold true that all children have individual needs and goals and we are proud to meet those each day at the YMCA School's Out Program.
