Kingston, NY – The YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County’s Bicycle Educator, Tom Polk, has joined the staff of the New York Bicycling Coalition (NYBC) as Regional Education Coordinator, the YMCA and NYBC announced today. Polk will continue at the YMCA while adding state-wide responsibilities to enhance NYBC’s educational programs in the Eastern Region of the state.
