Running-Basketball Clinic 11.09.16

Plenty of room for more:)  HELP US KEEP KIDS HEALTHY

Our running/basketball clinic is starting Nov 19, 2016 and registration is now.  The first session will be free to all participants due to securing a grant.  We have changed up the curriculum and added a running fitness component to it led by a certified personal trainer, Bernadette Ricci.  Bernadette volunteers her time every Saturday with our other coaches because they believe in these kids health and well being.  Our program starts at 9am with running, obstacle and fitness exercises, at 10am the focus is on basketball skills and at 11am is scrimmage games(games are for 8 to 12 year olds).   We need sponsorships/donations to keep program free for the next two sessions also. No amount is too small.
